This procedure allows you to request information about access to the URV campus CRAIs (Learning and Research Resource Centres), as well as to find out their timetables, facilities, and available services.

Through the virtual information service "Pregunt@", which is open to everyone, queries related to the following can be resolved:

  • The services offered by the URV's CRAIs.
  • The available information resources (books, journals, databases, electronic resources, etc.).
  • The conditions of use and the accessible spaces according to each user profile.

The service's commitment is to respond to all queries within a maximum period of 72 hours, except during festive or closure periods.
